Wait a minute … “waiting”, was the name of the solo (dance: Daniela Backhaus) premiered in 2011 with choreographer Ester Ambrosino. The audience was subjected to torture and made the audience feel the different moods of waiting … Wait – this unspeakable feeling, sometimes exciting, sometimes beautiful, sometimes devastating and exhausting. It can lead to happiness, but also to intense despair. It is the way to a still unknown place, especially for us, who today live in a world in which our desires want to be fulfilled immediately.

In “Fragments”, the story continues. It tells of the once inherent feeling of loneliness, of the search for closeness, which can turn out to be an endless waiting … What strong images of feelings and thoughts arise in our imagination, how we create our own reality, which does not want to be in harmony with reality, is what the dancers impressively trace in “Fragments”.
