“MOMENTaryTRAPPED” explores how time and experiences connect people. Depending on perspective, expectation or experience, the moments are experienced differently by each individual in order to then appear like a harmoniously fitting event to the outside world. Connections appear timeless and close at the same time.
Our clothes, our skin are changeable and yet seem to remain the same. We revolve around ourselves and within ourselves. Within this circle, we project our images and desires and cannot really get out of our skin. The dancers use their bodies to explore a representation that is not conceptual, but which opens up to an inner experience. Using only the language of their bodies, they build a bridge to the audience – mystically and directly – and embark on a rousing and moving journey together.
