The duo tells the story of a relationship: a man and a woman, connected only to themselves in an extravagant – and in its own way harmonious – love story.
Each of the two protagonists is in his or her home; these are the last moments before the date. Like two superimposed slides, the audience perceives the two rooms in which the solos unfold as a single space. For the protagonists, however, they remain two separate spaces.
Achronic, switching from the present to the past, their love bounces back and forth between absurd accusations and feigned suffering. At the moment they meet, anything is possible: when one begins to lose touch with reality, the other can bring him back down to earth, panic or follow him into his delirium. “Delirio” is a play about a man and a woman outside social norms who move to a different rhythm of space and time than the rest of the world.
